This is an excellent book on the ecological development strategy of enterprises recommended by Liu Chuanzhi, Co-chairman of the Global CEO Conference. Mr. Liu even wrote a preface to this book. By citing well-known enterprises as examples, the authors analyze their respective process of building a distinctive business ecosystem, and then summarize the analysis into a theoretical framework model. The ten enterprises, i.e., GE, Siemens, Microsoft, MI, Alibaba, Jingdong, Tencent, Baidu, CITIC Group and Tsinghua Holdings, are spoken highly for their original and successful business ecosystem. Through a review of the process where these enterprises build and manage a business ecosystem for better development, the authors expect to fully exhibit their ideas and practices in this process, which will greatly enlighten the management personnel and scholars.
