Spinal pain is clinically common, with multiple treatment options. Ultrasound-guided injection therapy is the current development trend of precision medicine and minimally invasive treatments, which shows great advantages in clinical practice. The Spinal Pain Group of the Chinese Association for the Study of Pain collaborates with Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Branch of China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care to organize a group of domestic experts to analyze, summarize and discuss the research data of ultrasound-guided spinal pain injection therapy at home and abroad. After repeated discussions and multiple revisions, this consensus was formulated for the use of medical personnel related to pain diagnosis and treatment.
