第一节　乘客登机广播
本节指导
从本章开始，进入到广播词和相关乘务英语的实际学习。本章根据国际远程
航线乘客登机实际选取基本并具有代表性的广播词，结合机上情景教学。本节是
乘客登机关机门前一个系列的三段广播。
广播要求
语速适中、咬字清晰；语气亲切、自然大方但又要起到提示提醒的作用。其
中第3 段“禁止使用电子器具”应比前两段广播语速稍快，因为马上就要和地面
人员核对舱单，关闭舱门了，也可以使用机上预录广播。
教学目标
学习者通过对本节课程的学习，熟练进行三段广播，牢记机上情景对话并演练。

Electronic Devices Restriction
Ladies and gentlemen,
Please note certain electronic devices must not be used on board at any time. These devices
include mobile phones, AM/FM radios, televisions and remote control equipment. All other
electronic devices including laptop computers must not be switched on until fi fteen minutes after
take-off , and must be switched off when the seat belt signs come on for landing.
Your cooperation will be much appreciated.

2．引导乘客座位
（1） May I help you, sir?
先生，有什么需要帮忙的吗？
May I lead you to your seat?
需要我带您到您的座位吗？
（2） Your seat is across from that aisle.
您的座位在另一个走道。
Your seat is in next cabin. Please go straight on.
您的座位在下个位舱。请往前走。

（注：因为是服务人员，所以尽量不用follow。）

3．协助乘客摆放行李

您的包可以放在您前面座椅的下方吗？
（2） I’m afraid that your baggage is too big. We need to put it into the cargo.

请带上行李跟我走。我们的地面人员正等在机门边，她会帮您办理相关手续。
（注：大件行李必须请乘客配合托运，否则会影响客舱安全。）
Later after landing you can claim it at the baggage claim area.
到站后，请到行李转盘处提取您的行李。
（注：在飞机上托运行李后，地面人员会将托运行李牌交给乘务员再转交给乘客，这时候就向乘客
解释下机提取行李发地方。通常要比正常托运的行李晚到行李转盘或者跟随下一班飞机到达。）

二、知识拓展
乘客登机行李处置案例
某航班上，乘务员引导乘客入座时，见一乘客站在座
位上往行李架内推箱子，箱子看上去非常重。乘务员正要
上前帮忙，箱子掉下。乘务员本能地用手去挡箱子，箱子
先砸到乘务员的左手，又砸到椅背上，碰到后一排乘客的
右前额。当时乘客被砸处立即肿了起来。乘务员立即用冰
块为其冷敷，并报告机长呼叫急救中心及通知地面有关人
员。在医生的建议下，受伤乘客取消了航班，待进一步检查，
该箱子的主人也一同下了飞机（见图3-1）。

案例分析
（1）乘客登机时，乘务员发现乘客超大、超重行李应通知地面办理托运手续。
（2）客舱内迎客的乘务员应仔细观察上机乘客的状况，及时主动地帮助需要帮助
的乘客，避免上述情况的发生。

第二节　关门—滑行广播
本节指导
关闭舱门后，要进行客舱安全设备录像的播放，如果录像故障或者旧机型无
录像设备，那么乘务组将进行客舱安全设备示范。（此篇广播词我们将在后面应
急广播词中介绍）接着正常情况下，飞机开始滑行，朗读欢迎词广播，直到起飞
前，进行再次确认安全带广播。
广播要求
咬字清晰、语气亲切。第二段确认安全带广播语速稍偏快，有提醒的作用，
同时广播的乘务员自己要坐好，系好乘务员座椅安全带，此段广播建议背诵，因
为广播词手册属于松散物品，起飞或降落时不宜携带。
教学目标
学习者在本次课程学习后能熟练进行两段广播，牢记机上情景对话并演练。
