冯贵良，河北北方学院信息科学与工程学院讲师，本科毕业于河北大学信息管理专业，后毕业于天津大学软件学院，获得软件工程硕士学位。

在河北北方学院一直从事教学科研工作。曾经参加的项目及论文情况：1、主持完成河北省教育厅指令项目《涉密计算机违规外联监管平台应用研究》,获得张家口市科技进步二等奖。2、主持完成河北北方学院指令项目《涉密计算机违规外联监管平台》 3、参与完成的河北省教育厅指令项目《关联规则挖掘算法在教学管理上的应用》，获得张家口市科技进步三等奖。4、参与完成的张家口市科技局指令项目《张家口市农村信息语音服务系统的设计与实现》，获得张家口市科技进步一等奖。
