In 2008, Tsinghua University, through donation from alumni, acquired a number of bamboo slips of Warring States, commonly known as Tsinghua slips. These bamboo slips have attracted widespread attention from scholars and the public at home and abroad since the day they were acquired, as they are a group of books centering on ancient classical and historical books and records and involve the core content of traditional Chinese culture. This book is the first popular academic work on Tsinghua slips, which provides a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of these slips to help readers better understand Chinese history and culture so that they can appreciate the unique charm of Tsinghua slips.

Liu Guozhong is a Professor and holds a PhD degree. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of ancient Chinese history and historical literature.
