This is an excellent book on the ecological development strategy of enterprises recommended by Liu Chuanzhi, Co-chairman of the Global CEO Conference. Mr. Liu even wrote a preface to this book. By citing well-known enterprises as examples, the authors analyze their respective process of building a distinctive business ecosystem, and then summarize the analysis into a theoretical framework model. Through a review of the process where these enterprises build and manage a business ecosystem for better development, the authors expect to fully exhibit their ideas and practices in this process, which will greatly enlighten the management personnel and scholars.
