The year 2018 marks the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up. Prof. Wei Jie is an economist that has witnessed the formation and implementation of this milestone reform policy. In this book, Prof. Wei outlines the historical process of China’s reform and opening-up in the past four decades, and specially reviews, examines and discusses the problems about property right system, market economy system, income distribution system, scientific outlook on development, social equity, reform and construction of economy, politics and culture, rule of law, and ecological environment.
