Preface

The control rod hydraulic drive line is an inª²vessel type control rod drive technology based on the hydraulic drive control rod system invented by Tsinghua University. The control rod steps up and down with the action of the control rod hydraulic drive line. The inª²vessel type control rod drive technology puts forward the engineering requirement of the inª²vessel type control rod position measurement sensor (ICRMS). The accurate and reliable measurement of the control rod position is vital for the safe and operation of the reactor. Based on the previous research foundation and background,the research topic of the capacitance control rod position measurement sensor (CCRMS) for the continuous control rod position measurement was put forward by my research group. This book systematically illustrates the theoretical model and experimental details on the capacitance control rod position measurement sensor. Meanwhile,the sensor system based on the twoª²electrode CCRMS,the sensor system based on the helixª²electrode CCRMS,the sensor system based on the ICRMS with PEEK material,the static model and characteristics of the CCRMS and the dynamic model and characteristics of the CCRMS,et al. are generally illustrated. Thus,it is the comprehensive analysis which makes this book rather unique. Finally,it can help a better understanding and thinking for researchers with related fields
