On December 4, 2024, the Journal of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles (JICV), an English-language academic journal published by TUP, was officially accepted into the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), part of Clarivate's Web of Science. The journal will receive its inaugural impact factor in 2025. The ESCI database will retrospectively include JICV papers published since 2022. JICV, sponsored by Tsinghua University, published by Tsinghua University Press, and hosted on IEEE Xplore, publishes peer-reviewed, open access papers on all aspects of intelligent and connected vehicle (ICV) technology. The application areas involve cars, buses, vessels, and trains.

From November 28th to 29th, QIU Xianqing, Chairman of Tsinghua University Press (TUP), led a delegation to Cuba and engaged in cultural exchange activities.
